Good evening Inglis Street Elementary Families,
Thank you all for a very smooth transition in September. Most of our students have settled in to school and our school adults are constantly working, learning and making changes to support the well being of all students. We continue to work on hand-off play and appropriate ways to show emotions. This is always an ongoing process, your children are building their age appropriate social skills every day.
We have some information to share with you:
- Picture Re-Take Day will be October 17. Your child’s first set of pictures will be uploaded to the Nova Scotia School Pictures website closer to that day for you to review. You will need to CREATE AN ACCOUNT or LOGIN with a previous account to access your child’s pictures.
- Our Halloween Family Event will be happening on Thursday, October 24th. This is a fun family event, all are welcome. If you have never experienced a family event at our school, you are in for a treat.
- We will have more weekend snack bags available for families on Friday. They will be placed outside at the entrances of both sides of the school. PLEASE HELP YOURSELF!!!
